Both At least 9-B with equalized speed and 1 entire day of preparation. The battle will happen at midnight in London 1918. Standard Versus Thread rules.
Both have similar stats and weaknesses, however:

Jonathan has:
Better abilities
Equipment especially designed against vampires

Batman has:
Better equipment overhaul.
Better lift strength

And, besides being 1918, that does not affect Batman's modern equipment. It's just fluff for the battlefield. Changes to the battle may happen in order to make it more interesting.

Tbh looking at some of those feats, better lifting strength is an understatement, at least 2 of those Class K.
Might calc it for an exact value.

You might be right, most of Marvel's street level characters are getting upgraded from class 1 to K. You might get the same result.
