The thing is that we literally have a meter that pretty much says Chicken's speed in m/s, how could that be explained if Chicken is faster?

This also gives chicken hammerspace as after being defeated by the dragon You can change the hat and still fight the dragon, impling that chicken carrys with It all of his itens. It can also carry giant coins in one of the challenges
The summoning of nuclear bombs cheat gives chicken a remote control that takes place of It's weapon so It's also a weapon for the list of itens
Suporting evidence to chicken resistence to the cold is It's hability to run naked in the snow levels
Chicken don't straight up fly when on It's own... chicken fly the same way flappy bird fly, It just constantly jumps on the air like there is ground... do what You want with this info, but change the "can flight" to "can fly by jumping in the air" and make It possible sinse It's only seen in the challenges
You should als, explain the weaknesses of each weapon, like how the uzi needing to cooldown if using It dor too long, the chainsaw and laser gun need to be charged for quite a long time before being activated, the jatpack having limited flyght time before needing to go to the ground again to recharge
Another thig for acrobatic, hicken can pass the parkour challenges that would require a lot of movility to not die on It by shovig It's head on a ground block :V
Chicken can harm ghosts, but ghosts in SCJ become tangible when You are moving or something like that, so no... chicken does not have non phisicall interaction... unless that You count killing death second form but I don't think we have enoug info to say that... I guess chicken can also destroy some of the Dragon energy projectiles
Sinse chicken still get druged from the poison mushroons It dosn't have resistence to poison... just that tge mushrooons poison don't kill It
For running games the hability to find random itens on the way that helps them is normaly considere supernatural luck(look bendy, nightmare run version)
If a character don't speek You can use a quote of someone talkig about then, I recomend using one of presidente quotes about her strange crush on chicken lol

The ghosts girl said explictly that ghosts don't have a physical body and they pass through things, also she said that he needs to jump to make them go away, so its just a strange type of BFR
