The time it takes doesnt matter i dont think, you're already donezo once it gets in you. not unless you're quick enough to do something like this. If you mean how many Brain Storms it takes to get it started, just one should be enough. If it duplicates by attacking one cell, it'll multiply in no time.

From what I can tell, if its just the stand vs him the stand wins probably, it'll be too late by the time he realizes he's being attacked, if it's him vs urban guerrilla then he can likely just ohko him and maybe prevent the spread.
