Idk right now. Bowser has the definite AP advantage, but we all know this isn't gonna be an AP fight.

Pharaoh 90 was eating the combined volley of Super Sailor Moon, Super Chibi Moon, Sailor Mars, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Venus, and Tuxedo Mask all while trying to break out the forcefield Sailor Neptune, Sailor Pluto, and Sailor Uranus was casting. And absolutely none of that phased him. He ate it all.
It took void manipulation, negitive energy, and power nullifcation to finally take him down. Three things Bowser does not have. I say Pharaoh 90 eats Bowser's stronger attacks until he grows in more power and takes Boswer down and assimilates him inside of his black lava body.

Given Pharaoh's lack of resistances, Bowser's likely gonna do some haxy thing like seal or mind screw or transmute or plot screw before Pharaoh gets strong enough to do anything major.
