soo can Boundless character split or create avatar/forms to go to the lower dimension? and How did it work?

Boundless characters can’t split. They’re defined by lacking multiplicity and part-whole relationships. And they’re also supposed to be immutable.

Avatars aren’t a problem on the other hand.

1- What do you mean by split exactly? Do you mean being divided? If so no that would be a contradiction to Tier 0 since a Tier 0 being possesses indivisibility, and division within Tier 0 is inadmissible.
BUT if you mean, for example, two characters sharing the same essence both being Tier 0, then yes, it is possible. There can be distinctions within Tier 0 as long as those distinctions do not introduce a variety of essences.
2- Yes, they can have avatars and manifestations in lower realms.

It doesn’t “go lower”, it can’t change. An avatar is just a proxy/representation of the Tier 0.

no. i mean lets say boundless entity. it manifest in the lower realm w it avatar. so the true form still can be boundless right? as long as it didnt split it power?

Ye, as long as the true form is completely unchanging.

i mean it manifasted in the lower realm w avatar. it true form didnt change nor did it split it power.
