Oh. Well...

I'd say Mega Man.

He can one-shot Link overall, can amp up his speed by 4x with the Double Gear System and has plenty more options than Link's Ancient Arrows with time manip, black holes, AZ, transmutation, etc.

Link can resurrect with miphas grace and fairies that might give him the edge to pull off a time stop

Stasis Rune isn't as reliable as it seems. It only stops time for an enemy for about 5 seconds and even then stronger foes are only frozen for 1.5 seconds. Considering Mega Man is vastly stronger overall, I think the latter is likely gonna happen. After that, Mega Man shoots once with practically anything and kills Link again as Mipha's Grace has a cooldown after it's use.

guys stop debating , just settle it in smash lol , link always wins though because ya know , hes a higher tier then megaman in smash from what i know.
