Today, with the profile changes, her speed advantage would go brr on this fight. She probably would come with a plan to beat him, plus she has her Black Ogre suit to help her a little bit against minor ice/fire attacks. Shoto reactions wouldn't be enough to close the gap with her speed, so my guess is that: The fight starts, Naze blitzes, use normalize liquid and then beats the shit out of him.
