ichigo is at rukias power and has his big sealed zanpakuto, it is basically ichigo before meeting renji and byakuya.

Probably Deku. While Ichigo has the advantage of an oversized nail file, Deku is way better in combat due to actually having a brain to think with.

Deku would probably keep distance with airbomb fingers or just hit Ichigo with 100% to the ground as a distraction, and another 100% to the face.

Else, Delaware Detroit Smash kills.

^but ichigo is rather fast too, at least as fast as deku is in full-cowl-mode, in the anime he easily speedblitzed the hollows and moved mostlikely around subsonic speeds...

that means ichigo would move out of dekus firing range or dodge some of his attacks

BoS Ichigo is subsonic with supersonic reflexes.

Full Cowl Deku is subsonic with supersonic reflexes. Deku nowadays always fights with full cowl.

Anime doesn't mean anything since manga is canon.

Full Cowl Deku still has airbomb fingers which Ichigo has no counter to considering his lack of range options. If Ichigo gets out of range of airbomb fingers, he gets no way of winning.

Ichigo also gets tagged if Deku decides to just bomb the ground with 100%. Deku is smart enough to think of that.

^full cowl unfortunatly also has a timelimit, i think around 5 minutes is the current timespan which deku can use it...

i only mentioned anime because it is easier to see

the problem is that the finger bombs will make his fingers useless after a single use, and they didnt do any damage to todo, only pushing him back,

but could this guarantee a win? dekus 100% punch would make his arm useless, in close combat ichigo has the advantage because of his sword which means deku cant use big and strong but slow attacks, he must evade the zanpakuto :/

Source for 5 minute Full Cowl?

Full Cowl increases all stats, durability included so fingerbombs won't make him useless. Heck, he fired off like 2 100% shots with one arm against the muscle guy, then continued on with Delaware Detroit Smash with the same arm.

Punching the ground removes Ichigo's sight temporarily, maybe even hurt him if Deku scrapes the ground with his 100% towards Ichigo.

Ichigo being himself, is not the brightest bulb in the toolbox and it hurts him a lot in a fight.

Also, the fact that Deku can fingerbomb from a distance means he can do the same with bigger attacks.

On another note, apparently Deku shares his birthday with Ichigo.

^sorry, after rereading some chapters it seems like the only limitation for the timespan is his mental and physical stamina, if he loses concentration full cowl will go out of control or stop working, currently he can use it for at least a fight around 5-10 minutes (seen by the span of time the fight with stain was happening)...

as for the punches agaisnt muscle guy: http://www.***********.net/boku-no-hero-academia/75/12 deku used his full cowl punch, that means 5%, that is the limit where he doesnt injure himself, than he used 100% where he turns his bones into fragments http://www.***********.net/boku-no-hero-academia/76/3, btw, the reason why both of his arms are messed up is because of this http://www.***********.net/boku-no-hero-academia/75/9, his left arm was already broken by muscle-guys attack... and than he busted it against with DDS

the problem is that punching even once with 100% breaks his bones into several pieces, i dont think he would want to offer a arm for a smokescreen :/

that is true, deku repeatedly proved to be more smart (but to be fair, ichigo is more the intuitive type like bakugou) ^_^

fingerbombs already destroy his fingers, a bigger attack will simply make them explode
