Brains vs Brawn. A strategist ninja (correct me if I'm wrong) vs a living mortar. Which one should win? Use Magmortar's normal AP without scaling to Electivire. Speed is equalized if need be.

Boruto Uzumaki vs Magmortar

With speed equalized.
So, it seems that Magmortar is a bit more durable. He has wall level+ & possbily small building level dura. So it will take Boruto a few more hits to take him down. However, since Magmortar is a fire type and Boruto has water release which is super effective, Boruto may land a few shots on those to severely weaken him. Also, Magmortar can't see Boruto's rasengan really after her throws it.
Boruto win, Mid-High Diff.
