The best feat of Boruto currently is his Boruto Stream https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irBqsmLBrpA, I have calculated the destruction of said hill in Multi City Block Level, quite good to say truth. Boruto would then be comparable to a Sasuke from the beginning of the series who already had feats close to the MCBL. I'm waiting for Naruto's revision to finally begin to move forward and reach Boruto.

The initial Sasuke that Kakashi humbled without problems, but yes. Both are Chunin level, Boruto by mention of Kakashi and Sasuke for measuring with two Chunin without problems.

His rank is not mentioned, only that he was an instructor of the academy but being Chunin, you can be the same. Anyway the range must be taken carefully, Kabuto was Genin but had the same level of Kakashi, so level and range can be different and even Chunin level is somewhat undefined although we like to mention it.

Physically, Boruto, Mitsuki and Katasuke in his Iron-man suit may scale to Sarada in AP. They defeated several Puppets in this months chapters that no-sold a kick and and a Fireball jutsu from Sarada.

If the Boruto Stream move that Boruto executed in the anime was shown to be used in the manga, then it's safe to say that Boruto is Multi-City Block Level.

I've already confirmed that Chunin Level in Naruto due to feats Ranges from CityBlock Level to MCB Level.
If Boruto has a MCB Level feat, and i'm sure he has more, that put's him in the same league as:

The Lowest Chunin level such as Sasuke in part 1 have City Block Level feats with their strongest jutsu. The highest level chunin have MCB level feats. This is consistent with scaling and feats. So, yes, Chunin level Ninja scale between CityBlock and MCB. Nothing contradicts this. So......what are you guys talking about.Shadowbokunohero said:

And FYI, Chapter 1 Naruto is still Land Of Waves Naruto. There's no time skip, no training or anything. He simply read a scroll and gained Clones. No buffs.

There is a timeskip, very short one at that. my point is that backward scaling like this just ruins the scaling system

Boruto iirc would only be MCB level with Boruto stream which is a speed enhancment that basically allows him to hit with more Kinetic Energy. The calc isn't even accepted yet as far as I know. even then, Shizuma would scale as he got hit ab back up without much damage IIRC, Mitsuki who is comparable if not Superior to Boruto would scale, etc. Scaling like that.Shadowbokunohero said:

Characters like that Generally have their own feats or are looked at Separately. For example. I never once said Boruto was Chunin in rank, just Chunin level, and this was during the Academy exit exams before becoming a Genin. The only reason I'm saying Boruto is Chunin level is because Kakashi states it.Amexim said:

And that, I don't disagree with. Just clarifying that Rank doesn't equal tier, and that's why it's ALMOST worthless on its own. Almost being that the character in question needs to be confirmed to be useful in its tier in terms of combat effectiveness. I'm not going to assume every fodder medical ninja is Chunin level in skill, for example.
