Yeah. But in the movie, after he absorbed Naruto's Rasengan, he said he could create an infinite amount if he wanted. Also, didn't he use Bijuudama against Naruto in base?

I'm not sure if we should create pages for the new Kage. If so, they should probably scale from City level Gaara.

The other Kages can't keep up with Kinshiki. Kinshiki was fighing Sasuke, Chojirou Interrupted, Kinshiki dodged his attack and quickly dispatched of him. Kuro sneak attacked him but her attack had no effect on him. They mananged to Hold Kinshiki with their combined strength but that's it. Had Sasuke not been there, Kinshiki would have dispatched of them.

I think the kages should be treated as PIS because it would be stupid if the writer made them fodder when they are supposed to be the strongest form their respective villages. It'd also be stupid to have Naruto do all the work, though that has been done before. TBH though, the movie and it's part in the manga were both full of PIS moments, like Boruto defeating someone, with the help of base Naruto, who is regarded as stronger than Kaguya The Kage, or anyone else for that matter, should in no way scale to country or even island level, until we get more feats.

I think the Kages should get the At Least, Probably Higher addition on their profiles. Not a bump in tiers, though maybe at least Biju Level but that's it.

Do Kurotsuchi and Chojuro have pages on the wiki?
Perhaps they should be City level scaling from Gaara. Gaara and Mei are City level so it could apply to A, Tsunade and Onoki.

Well yeah. That Naruto can match Momo will already kill up to more people than there are shinobi, him overpowering it would do even more damage, which isn't needed when he only needs to match the power to deflect it away.Mobzzzzz5 said:
