Round 1: The best things Boros has going for him is Regen and Energy Projection. Sonic via Aerokinesis and Time hax.

Round 2: Chaos via intangibility

Boros in Round 1. Planet level threat, regen is too good for Sonic since he doesn't have the brain weakness Chaos had. Homing attack isn't powerful enough to splatter him like Saitama did.

Round 2: Possibly Boros, even Perfect Chaos was vulnerable to blunt force in the brain and Boros has both the healing to keep up and output to vaporize or at least knock out Chaos.
