Toon Force isn't gonna do much when his opponent isn't bound by fate or the laws of their reality. It's how Blackjack's fate manip got his body destroyed, she needed someone or something to sacrifice in order for it to work.

Wouldn't work on a Type 9 and if he rejects reality Discord can't really hurt him. He wouldn't even be able to really interact with him in a conventional sense.
