Yes, Orochi would get burned by acid.
Not likely no, it would be as effective as trying to use Genjutsu on a shadow clone with how Bog's cloning works.
Bog can just flood the battlefield with acid or place a small piece of himself in Orochi's body and take control of him

Also, how many clones can he make? How strong are they? Orochimaru can also use shadow clones (and as everyone knows, shadow clones are just as powerful as the original).
What's to stop orochimaru from doing this which is basically OP/far more consistent substitution jutsu essentially negating fatal damage done to its user (Not trying to NLF, but Orochimaru has been sliced in half, brutally stabbed multiple times, Sasuke could even use it to survive amaterasu) .
Orochimaru can switch places with a shadow clone while being held down and stabbed

A dozen or so that he can instantly regenerate to full strength from at will. And no, its already agreed that Shadow Clones are not as strong as the original.

it changes someones prespective and the things they feel, it wouldent work here, as bog, as far as i understand, has no nerves for the mindhax to work, but overal mindhax, especialy perception based one can affect sentient beings, even if whitout mind

2. That just isn't true, Naruto's shadow clones can do many of the same things he can, the only problem is they don't have enough chakra.
3. The size of the snake isn't the point.
Sasuke could survive a small country level attack by hiding inside of Manda.
