I'm already here, and you can't actually ping anyone unless you're a mod, lol.

Anyways, voting for Baby Shark as Peppa has less experience (Baby Shark has his main feat from punching something, while Peppa just plays around), and Peppa's AP advantage is too small to matter. An argument could be made for Peppa to remove the water Baby Shark's on by jumping on it like a puddle (and thus disperse the water), but I'll leave that up to others to discuss.

She hasn't done much else, we do even know that jumping on puddles is a common activity on her part, so it should be reasonable to claim it's within her capability to do it in character, now in terms of effectiviness, that's another story, so I'd still push for Baby Shark.
