The wiki usually goes with a low-ball, most of all because it's not shown if he created said Pocket dimension or he just BFRed them.

Well, we're still currently debating some other powers, like if he should have Abstract Existence, whether he should have Low Godly Regenerationn or just type 8 based on the hair soul thing and whether or not his Conceptual Manipulation and Law Manipulation are valid

I think you can close it, The Verse will be revised after SsjRyu finishes the series + nothing scans will be send. The latest changes should be "Base High Universal" via infinite Bobobo world + / or the ougi infinite galaxies.Or at least :specifies that part 2: Shinsetsu is not yet studying in the mention "Power of the verse: God tier."
