"I try to look", I say and then use my perception to analyze the city and see how far it extends, as well as to see if there is a forest far enough from here.

"Alright, well I will just be here then" Sam sits down on the ground and starts looking at his info pad to see if there is any information on the maximum security prison to answer the following questions- where is it? Why has it got prisoners and guards with bounties? Is it a legal bounty? Who is giving the bounty? What are the protocol of the staff? What is the layout of the area. (If the last questions are not on the info pad I would ask Eldur to use his divine senses to find it out).

Aah turned around and saw no one was interested in going to the hotel, strange, he thought. He decided to head off with them, since it likely meant they had other plans, and it would be more interesting then just going to the hotel, and haunting people's dreams he was sure.

@tago The prison was a few miles away you could probably just walk there. There are various cities and settlements with their own governments and laws, a lot of the prisoners and few guards pissed off the wrong people from those other places and fled to the prison. There are a group of guards called the Helmet Squad are wanted for smuggling drugs outside of the dimension. They are all wanted dead or alive 4000 E coins for each member, 6000 E coins for their leader.
It's mostly illegal but it seems most places either don't care as much as the law implies or the people who do this are very good at hiding their identities and not getting caught. The Helmet Squad is wanted by someone named "Quart" but the specific prisoner your after is wanted by a crime lord named "Bonebreaker" for 50,000 E coins, Alive only. It also states that Bonebreaker wants you to bring the prisoner to him directly once your out.
Apparently the guards will almost always turn away bounty hunters since they mostly operate outside of the law. There is no info on the layout of place it seems.

Aah dismisses that one, and isntead looks at the other bounties. Gravitating to the prison one, a tricky one, but it had a lot of people, and he felt pretty confident he could help take them out, or have them join up as allies to his army.
