Dresden Files: Shadowman gets beat anyway, Hexenwulfen rip out Dresden's throat before he starts his investigation, Aurora just orders Elaine to directly kill Dresden instead of paralyzing him and chucking him underwater and leaving him to drown, vampires kill Dresden (and promptly get ****** over by everyone else seeing as they just broke some serious magical laws), Nicodemus debatably gets beaten anyway seeing as the only reason he didn't kill Dresden immediately in every situation was because he wanted something from him / needed him to die in a certain way, other than that i can't remember right now.

As for Medaka Box, I don't think they even get that far. Oudo goes around and absorbs all the abnormalities of the various abnormals at the academy. He orders Medaka and Zenkichi to kill themselves on sight before they know to try and resist him. At that point, I think Hinokage would be the only one who could take Oudo out with a single punch to the head before Oudo knows he is there, which leaves Kumagawa and Ajimu to both steam roll through the academy.

Hell, I think if Ajimu and Hanten were bloodlusted then Hanten would give Ajimu a devil style like skill and she has a better chance and taking out Iihiko

Not rly. The thread says Bloodlusted, so no PIS. But Medaka still runs on PIS, so nothing would really change.
