Bliss Tier Revision

I recalced Bliss' Saturn feat as the previous one was flawed. It now warrents Low 4-C from it. It is found here, and it was accepted.

Also, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles took a blast from Bliss, so they may scale to her, but I am not sure if that seems like an outlier for them to tank Bliss' attack.

What do you think?

Idk much about their 2016 reboot but isn't she meant to be notably more powerful, making the scaling a clear outlier?

Thats what I am saying, if its an outlier or not. Because this seems rather... iffy, hence why I rated it as a 3, possibly 2 priority.

This should scale to Bliss if it doesnt to the Powerpuff Girls.

This seems fine for the Bliss profile. I do not know whether or not the Powerpuff Girls should scale.

They have been harmed again by HIM, who was literally overtaking Bliss' body shown here. Even if the 2016 Powerpuff Girls cant reach Low 4-C, would the durability still be accounted for? Its since they are 8-C with High 8-C durability.

Honesty, I have not yet hit 2016 PPG, its on my watch list though. However, provided the videos Psychomaster35 is showing the durability for them isn't an issue. Because the only way it would warrant an obvious outlier will depend on the episodes that came after this one.

Like I stated before seeing how I have not watch the series yet. So, the questions that need to be answered are

1. Is this the only episode that the PPG have been damagaged by Bliss or HIM in the 2016 series?

2. Is this the only episode that the PPG have kept up with reaction speeds/speed of Bliss or HIM?

3. Is this the only episode that the PPG have damaged Bliss or HIM in the 2016 series? I assume the PPG do defeat the Fusion Bliss or HIM?

One shot feats can still be categorize as acceptable feats, especially if returning characters like HIM or Bliss are prevelant a lot in the new reboot. However, One shot feats can also be warranted as outliers.
