At least Bleach's females (well most of them at least) managed to make it to the end of series without setting sail in a cringe inducing ship or getting all love struck. Sure there was fanservice. But at least most of them didn't just end up as just some dude's waifu or some brat's mother in the end and fade into irrelevancy. They got the same treatment as most of the men. They just carried on with their damn duties.
I'll always appreciate Kubo not going too much into the romance and not just setting a shit tonne of ships to sail at the end of the series. It was just business as usual for the Gotei 13 and most of its men & women at the end.
