This is true.
Kubo messed up with Quincys to be honest.
He gave them really OP powers and then couldn't find a way to beat them. And then he screwed up.
This happened with Gremmy, Lille, Gerard and Yhwach.
I mean if everything Gremmy imagines becomes reality, then he simply could have imagined something like "soul king to be dead" or "all Shinigami to be dead" or anything like that then fight would be over.
And even if his reiatsu was not enough to do these, then he simply could have imagined that his reiatsu to be far too higher than the way he was and a body to bear that strength.
Whatever.

Yeah, I totally Agreed with you. He could literally be the strongest in bleach. Not to mention he generated outerspace with alot of stars and 1 or 2 galaxies in it.
He could easily kill kenpachi if he didn't show off or if he was that dumb lol.
