Bleach Soul Manipulation?

As the title says, didn't bleach character should have soul manipulation on their profile? since most of them already fighting in soul form and soul reaper's zanpakuto is able to purify the soul and quincy basically destroying hollow's soul to the point it cannot reborn to soul society.

Of course, if soul manipulation is not accepted at the very least bleach characters should have resistance to soul manipulation listed on their profile.

But Quincy should be noted to erase demon (Hollows) type characters from existence.
