Unless there's something else to Goemon that I didn't know I think Saber no-diff Goemon.

Very sizable AP advantage due to stomp chain, insane versatility and massive range to **** around with, fire that would chew through his resistance, constant reactive power level and if so desire can boost himself further by scanning, absurd skill level.

Pretty sure Saber stomp.

Is there really an argument? Goemon is a melee fighter against someone with fire sword hot enough to vape his opponent if hit.

And Saber can basically AoE the entire arena with his fire if he so wished

By the end of the first arc Saber has...

-Defeated the most talented swordman of the previous generation, from an organisation entirely made up of master swordman across the globe, with him being a Seiken user, surpassed that group as a whole and he himself scale above his own peers.

-That said swordman killed his generation Calibur which can precog nigh-infinite amount of timelines in order to basically leeched off experience from it, allowing them to counters, and know opponent'd every move.

-That said swordman THEN also become a Calibur himself who also received the calamity vision.

-Saber by himself have skilled on two of the most talented Seiken users of his generations. Managed to pick up 2 and 3 colours combos which in rapid succession which is borderline impossible even for a veteran like Blades who have diligently trained for 90% of the time he spend as a member of Sword of Logos.

-He was able to pick up and adapted to Wonder Book's special ability in under a day when most need months to train to do so beforehand compare to other Seiken users.

This is an extremely abridged version of Saber skill feats. I think Berries posted an entire wall of his skill feats in the first arc.
