• Tanked hits from and pierced Red Hulk

• Matched Red Hulk again, but this time Rulk is amped by a symbiote

• Unaffected by Wolverine's claws

• Defeated a group of Avengers that included Jane Foster

• Easily broke through Ghost Rider's chains

I believe he should be upgraded to solar system level due to these feats. As for powers:

• Turned people into stone

• Summoned an army of demons

• Shapeshifts into an old ma

• Created an illusion of Punisher's family

Petrification, Summoning, Shapeshifting and Illusion Creation should be added to his abilities as well.

No. But he has his own realm in Hell which he controls. Mephisto's hell is a universe with galaxies and stuff, so it probably isn't as large as his father's. And he is an "Omnipotent" Reality Warper while in-it.

But outside of his realm he should be High 5-A or 4-B. Inside he should be At least 4-B, likely higher.

Currently editing his profile. Reading through his appearances and adding powers and abilities as he goes along. I noticed that during a time in the 90s, Blackheart killed Mephisto and replaced him as the ruler of Hell and grew in power. That version of him would get a 3-B key.

Well, that is almost always the reason they have for listing any character at level 7 in speed.

Yeah, generally it's assumed. When he took over hell, he has his best feats and even states that he's at the peak of his power while within hell.

Just like how Mephisto is stronger in his dimension.

Okay. It is just that he sat as an equal on a table with Mephisto, Satanish, and Dormammu when dealing with Meggan Puceanu's revolution in Hell. Then again, my memory is bad regarding the story, so Hela and Pluto may have sat there as well, and they are not exactly of a comparative power level.

Also, the handbook statistics are supposed to be for the most recent incarnation of a character.
