Rocket Launchers are wall level. See here, although being above classic form should put her in the tier anyways. Hawkeye actually looks above baseline here, one shotting someone who one shotted a tank, which does have Small Building level durability.

I'm pretty sure Hawkeye just one shots GG.

Even without that AP advantage, he still wins via acid, poison, forcefields, and size manipulation. All of which ignore durability (or provide defense), making any amount of stat reduction not even matter.

Doesn't Hawkeye only have his sword in his Ronin form?
