3.6x isn't a stomp worthy advantage, it's arguably 5x but even that comes under heavy questioning
 
Even 5x is questionable. I'd lean towards 10x to be one-shot range.

It was never even stated to be a atomic bomb just a bomb that caused a giant explosion, which I can prove vibranium doesn't get instantly destroyed via other feats.

Hamon is listed as light manipulaion and is similar to the sun rays of the sun, which Vibranium breaks down the light and em wave length.
