For starters extended melee range vs dozens of meters of range, though Panther will probably just teleport behind him immediately. Comics Panthers Daggers, phase, paralyze, and scramble the minds of the targets. Comics Panther can destroy the soul of MCU Panther. In fact he could just outskill him with his bare hands, he doesn't even need any of what I mentioned above.
