Under Black Canary's Page it lists her Canary Cry reacing 300 Decibels. This is a bit of controversial statement given how powerful 300 Decibels actually IS. Decibels are an exponential scale and 300 Decibels would be enough to destroy a city. There is some evidence her Canary Cry can hit well above her physical weight but I don't know if it's consistent enough to suggest that.
So I would recommened either
A: Changing her attack potency to 7-B and changing her to Tier 7
OR
B: Changing the Canary Cry description so that it doesn't suggest it's literally 300 Decibels
