Bill has better hax besides mindhax though such as Law, Causality, and Physics (don't give me that shit about it being non-combat applicable I've yet to see any proof about that and Bill literally breaks a **** ton of natural laws once he enters the 3-D world), and space, time, biological and matter manipulation.

@Tony Causality manipulation is one of his Reddit abilities. Law manipulation is Bill removing the laws of the multiverse. Physics manipulation, this one is also from Reddit I think.

Anyways thought based AP is better here than thought based mind control. Unless the character has feats of doing so we don't assume they can mantain control while they're dead. As such, both go off at the same time but due to Demigra dying the mind control wouldn't stick.
