Sorry, was kinda tired but I'll explain how now,

Doctor Doofenshmitz with prep time? Oh, just realised well this changes things abit.

Bill cipher even existing destroys most of the universes flaws, and he did kill time baby, who did claim he was a threat to the multiverse. He is resistant to reality warping which does screw Doofenshmitzs reality warping feat. Bill Cipher also is a smooth talker and can really be persuasive, even though Doofenshmitz is a super genious mechanical wise; common sense is what he lacks. Seeing how his durability is low, if Doofenshmitz does destroy that space-time contiumm and erases bill and himself, it is likely that bill could regenerate from existence as he likely does have mid-god Regenerationn.
