Bill cipher says this in a cipher

ILL GET THIS PUPPY UP AND RUNNING ONE DAY AND NEITHER TIME BABY NOR THE BIG FRILLY KNOW IT ALL WILL STOP ME

This is Bill basically saying that he will reach a power level higher than the axolotl if he escapes the nightmare realm and as axolotl is High 2-A Bill may reach this power level or at least since apparently axolotl won't be able to do anything about it

no I mean that while bill was trapped in the nightmare realm axolotl was so much higher but if bill reached his highest power possible he could actually beat axolotl

also couldn't bill's incantation actually be combat applicable since what happened with stan was almost a figh considering the actual punch just sped up bill's demise it seems and we saw how bill likes to mess around with his voice and he could probably speed it up fast enough

Agreed. Can't actually say why you guys assume Axolotl is that stronger than Bill. He was said to be the flip side of Axolotl, IIRC.

It was because apparently cursed on the axolotl for being stronger than him but that was when he was trapped

So why would Bill be High 2-A for being superior to someone who got their 5D debunked? It was agreed that being seen as a god is only far into 2-A, space-time between space-time is too vague and flowery to be higher dimensional.

The multiverse is actually called 5-D in the novel though and Axolotl scales to higher dimensions

Then why isn't that in the Axolotl's profile, and where is it said he scales to hogher dimensions? I remember a statement about the multiverse being 5D, but where is it said the axolotl scales?
