The Biker is far more skilled than Foxy in CQC since he could keep up with Jacket for awhile who can casually rip through entire police forces on his own and was a Elite soldier who took out multiple Soviet outposts in just one night. Foxy's abilities aren't really useful in combat and Biker's equipment is gonna allow him to pierce through Foxy and rip him apart.

Biker outskills Foxy pretty easily allowing him to win and avoid almost anything Foxy could throw out.

Although I do agree with most of what you said, I wouldn’t say none of Foxy’s abilities are helpful. He probably has the stamina advantage due to being a robot.
