Fight is in a spaceship (with gravity) heading for Andromeda, meaning they cannot leave or get outside help

Both start 30 meters away

Probably giving it to Killer Bean here. The only disadvantage he has is his cockiness, but Bean is more acrobatic, has explosive bullets, and is a better h2h fighter.

I'm going for smoke he's shot more mobile things like 3 guys on a train while CJ drove on a motorcycle people driving in cars also while explosive bullets sound good smoke has his bulletproof vest making him tankier than bean he has a vest but it's just a normal vest I think big smoke can outlast the bean in a gunfight and get in a good shot while bean has to aim more smoke doesn't so he should take this

Bean has fought and killed entire teams of people vastly more skilled than Smoke could ever hope to be.

As for the vest Bean has beaten people who could outright deflect all of his bullets with their armor.
