I wanna go with beyonder since there is a 16th dimension but it might not be within the multiverse and rather the LT's realm outside of the multiverse. if they are in the same dimension then I would go with CAS because he can adapt to beyonder.

Cosmic armor supes needs a downgrade soon. He can't exist beyound the source wall which limits him to not a 11-D being but probably a 10-D. Not only that he struggled heavily against madrakk and trust me Beyounder is infinty stronger than Mandrakk. Adptive armor isnt doing a thing for him here just as much as it helped against Mandrakk. Someone should close this its a stomp. 11-D vs a 16-D

Ultimator is the 10th dimensional being and he doesn't exist anywhere close to monitor sphere Post crisis DC Multiverse had more then 11 Dimensions and they even hinted the 12 1/2 dimensions and metron while travelling beyond the source wall gained the knowledge of 28 dimensions and in the wildstorm which is an imprint and completely cannon to DC has shown the 196,333 dimensional space . Even during the early post crisis days Kirby source has shown to be the supreme being transcending all the space and time before he got retconned by jim starlin storyline /
