I have several questions about this fight:
First, Are they fighting in Neo Tokyo or in a neutral place? which weapons is allowed to use EVA 02? Is NERV allowed to provide more weapons if she run out of ammo?
Finally if EVa 02 is fighting with the Umbilacal cable connected. Can Himiko's abilities detect the energy incomming?

Neutral place, All of them, no.
Himiko can detect enemies, items and gradually heal the party, so i will have to say no.

In the anime she's able to detect weak points like against Shadow Teddie

If my memory doesn't fail me ( I may need to watch that chapter again) she's the one who told Narukami to attack a certain part of Shadow Teddie (The eye?)
