Also @Tots Ben is restricted to his Low 7-C Aliens so he won't be able to go Grey Matter.

We would still have to rely on the assumption that Ben would go for Grey Matter fairly early on and make a plan that relies on using Ghostfreak. I somewhat doubt Ben would turn to Grey Matter in the middle of a fight anyways, as it'd be squishy squishy in that case.
