To be fair, even if Carnage can’t pass through Diamondhead's crystal, he could still break out thanks to his lifting strength. Future Dr. Animo broke out of Ben 10k's crystals, and they have comparable LS. Though, Future Animo is High 5-A, so maybe it was an AP thing-

It's still vastly inferior to Carnage. Even the strongest Class M feat they have is still over 7 times weaker than Spider-Man's, let alone Carnage. Goop is his only hope for a LS advantage.

This wouldn’t be a wincon since actively trapping an opponent wouldn’t really count as incap, not that Ben would be able to do that for 24 hours anyways.

Yeah but if you’re actively putting effort to restrain someone it is hardly an incap since you are essentially attacking for that amount of time and forcing yourself to be in a specific position for that duration as well.

Stuff that doesn’t require active effort should be fine though.

We don’t know how long the sleep hax lasts.

It is OoC for Ben to do that with Gravattack, probably lacks the stamina and willpower to do that as well, especially since he is not aware of the wincons and there are better options.

Humungousaur, and the other strong high 8-Cs, are 7.09 with class M lifting strength that’s over 500x lower than Carnage’s.
The second Ben turns into the aliens that are 3.92 tons, he’s pretty out matche physically, as Spider-Man, who’s 4.62 tons, was barely able to harm Carnage with his strongest punch. Carnage has the strength advantage all around.
