Servants went to destroy ben and omnitrix to sub-Quantum lvl and stated in this state no one can bring Ben Tennyson, suggesting he can be brought back if not sub-Quantum lvl aka Existence Erasure or complete destruction of the body.

Also disagree with this since as servantis said not only ben will be destroyed on a sub atomic level but the Olmnitrix as well.
and obviously no Omnitrix ≠ no resurrection (since the Olmnitrix would be destroyed along with ben)

So the Omnitrix should be able to resurrect ben as long as his soul still exist and as long as the Olmnitrix isn't destroyed obviously

Oka, I never said otherwise anyway. The regen itself is from Omnitrix to high not Low Godly.
