Unless the radiation can be felt or projected from outside the body, I wouldn't consider adding an ability for it.

Master control. Ben can use omnitrix w/o even touching or speaking anything. I think Destroy all alien shows how ben can seal anyone in the omnitrix and can change the atmosphere of the pocket dimension to suit different species.

And the Low Godly Regen is for Ultimatrix and OV Omnitrix, since that Omnitrix was malfunctioning and wasn't working properly, shouldn't scale.

Yds, when working properly
In AFS2, Ben hacked it and couldn't even transform Ben drol time to time, so scaling it to a better functioning ultimatrix is a ninsense.
