"Resurrection is the ability to revive oneself or others after they have died."

You need to prove that Ben died.

Per Ben 10 OV, "I always figured the Omnitrix had a failsafe that wouldn't let me die." Therefore, Ben never considered that he died while wearing the Omnitrix up to this point.
