You say 2-C for both, but Sonic has 2 2-C keys, and because of SBA stating strongest forms if unspecified, I'm assuming Sonic is in his Hyper form here. What type of Abstract existence does Belphegor have? If it's type 1 then Sonic can't win, but he has dealt with type 2. How does her concept manip work, and is it thought based? I'm asking because if bloodthirsty is meant to be bloodlusted, then the winner depends on the answers to those questions.
