First of all, they didn't really fight and thor with stormbreaker has harmed Thanos before So I'd take that with a grain of salt. Also, didnt he just say he's better at taking gamma?

Tbh I would even argue for Hulk in Ragnarok to be City level, let alone Professor Hulk
But yeah, Hulk stated that none of them could survive, and even he wasn't sure he could, but believe to be the best candidate because the radiation was mostly gamma
