Being able to make enough potential energy to send yourself at Immeasurable speed?

Title. I'm asking this because in a video, I found a character be able to stretch a slingshot with their own body, and eject with enough speed to travel back in time with nothing but sheer speed. (Aka, an angry bird just used a slingshot hard enough to go back in time with speed). Would the energy of them doing that with potential energy just be kinda ignored and count as Unknown tier?
