We have to wait until the follow up episode of DBS in order to tell. There is no way for us to know at the moment. IIRC though in a recent interview with Akira Toriyama, he said he doesn't plan on Goku and Vegeta surpassing the gods anytime soon. So most likely Beerus is still superior.
