It destroyed 900000105 universes one by one. I see no reason to believe Beerus would die from this as he has Universe+ durability level. Getter's absorption could be able to defeat him, but it doesn't have that same universal range as the Emperor still has to fly all the way to a planet to eat it.

It's only the range of his Big Bang. Beerus can destroy a Universe while holding back too. The range of the Emperor's absorption is much smaller, and Beerus is much more agile. It's a close fight imo.
