He might even be acausal pre-EOS though, he just won't get his type 8 immortality. Only difference at EOS were just the Turn Null energy accumulation and Origin Magic, nothing else aside from that about him were really changed. So that's 1 thing to consider

His state of existance were never really changed between EoS and pre-EoS, only his general powerlevul does. Rather than "his last scene makes him acausal" its more of a "his last scene solidifies that hes acausal." If you think about it. Though regardless of that 2 scenario, the main question would still be the same. At what point he became acausal anyway ? Maybe there's something about True Dragon or Spiritual Lifeform that we miss. Probably something about True Dragon since apparently their existance as a Spiritual Lifeform differ from other Spiritual Lifeform. Or maybe even something entirely different

I mean if yuuki really does have the power to destroy the universe like what i got out of some translations, and since rimuru kills yuuki, it means from he became a true dragon he was already universe+, in otherwords he is low 2-C here, but not sure about the acausal part since you said at end of series rimuru sleeps for an eternity, so would make sense he got stronger or got new abilities i guess.

I bring True Dragon isn't because of the powerlevul CP, but because of their nature. True Dragon is a peculiar existance even amongst Spiritual Lifeforms

In the time he was sleeping for eternity he got stronger coz Turn Null keep accumulating inside his system yes. But nothing else beside that was changed as far as i understand it. Its just powerlevul. My guess as of currently revolves around True Dragon or something about the time loops

True Dragons are at the top of spiritual lifeforms, all of whom can move in stopped time due to their nature, and even if they die will resurrect in some other part of the world but be a different version of themselves, so maybe being True Dragons grants them acausality, i mean they are the siblings of the god of the verse that created everything, would make sense, but it's just speculation.

Still a later version of rimuru performed that feat later on, of saving his past self from dying hence his soul never went to the other world and he was never born, yet he still exists, and the whole making his past self and himself unable to die unless they both die at the same time, still we would have to assume he got stronger due to his sleep, unless someone like veldora also has shown acausality then we can say it's a True Dragon thing.
