Bayonetta's Time Stop, resistance to Time Stop, atomization with bazillions and soul Manipulation with Shurba, along with being fairly serious from the start gives her a simple win.

Time stop or sleep manipulation. Which goes first. And Peach does lead with that.
I'd say Peach. I don't believe Bayonetta is fairly serious from the start normally, especially given her opponent. Plus, hilarious AP advantage if it doesn't come down to hax.
