Against Dark Susano'o? I don't think so. Terumi is Nigh-Immune to Time Manipulation so Witch Time won't be issue and Paradiso won't work as well due Dark Susano's ability to see into other dimensions.
When it comes to Molecular Desintegration, admittedly i don't know what the Dark Susano'o can do against that.

Ah ok i didnt see that that was added to his profile, my bad. He can see into other dimensions but can he harm her, especially since she also becomes intangible?

He can maybe react to her (maybe due to her invisibility), but not sure if he can harm her. But if Dark Susano'o can see into other dimensions, including Paradiso and Purgatorio, doesn't that mean he can harm her and or see her, since he knows where she is and can see the dimension where she's at?

See into them, yes, but Hakumen in Central Fiction displayed that he could shatter into another reality when he was fighting Terumi to get to Nine in his Arcade Mode. I'm not sure if the Okami can do it by itself since the intention was to negate Ars Magus, not to slash into other dimensions, so i'm willing to wager it's the Susano'o Unit giving it that power.
