Also, his Profile says it can casually knockout Optimus when what really happened was that it just sent him flying with ease but he didn't fall unconscious.

As well as the fact that Shockwave can damage Optimus' Flight Tech despite it literally plowing through the Driller without damaging itself. If you think that's inconsistent with Shockwave later getting Merc'd by Optimus, then look at exactly how much Damage Shockwave took before Optimus showed up to kill him in the second Video, especially that hole that gets shot in his chest which Optimus then punches and tears off with Spiked Knuckles (so not even a regular punch).

Go to 0:49 Seconds for Underground Burrowing and Launching Optimus and 6:22 for Shockwave Damaging the Flight Tech which we have as an Amp for Optimus.


1:50 onwards for the sheer amount of damage Shockwave took before Optimus killed him.

Do you think it would be a good idea to just make the driller a different profile considering it seems to be weaker than Shockwave? Also wouldn't just sending Optimus flying be like 8-B considering he didn't seem damaged by it?

Probably, but the Driller is so intrinsically part of Shockwave's Character that it should still go in his Equipment like Scorponok, Frenzy and Reedman do for Blackout, Barricade and Ravage, you know?

Yeah, it'd probably just be 8-B but I still think it did more than Starscream and Grindor did.

Kinda eh on this one. Unlike Jetpower Optimus, Flight tech Optimus is a glass cannon, and shockwave never harms him, but rather just knocks him off balance and causes him to crash

That's still better than the Driller did which he literally flew through to kill.

Who wants to do it? I can't add Links on Mobile without severely ******* it up, so someone else is gonna have to fix him. Btw, since we accept the DotM Game as Canon Shockwave's Durability Justification needs to be changed since his current one is just wrong and needs to say "Can take attacks from Optimus Prime" since that's the only time a Prime Condition Shockwave fought Optimus without being severely Injured already. I also want to point out that Shockwave can kill Optimus in said game if you fail a single quick time event to prevent him from Overpowering and Stabbing Optimus like Megatron did in RotF.
 
I just realized that Shockwave doesn't have Shockwave/Vibration Manipulation on his Profile. He needs that too since he can make these Red Shockwaves by charging up his Armblade and slamming it into the ground.
