This vector guy doesn't seem to have a limit to his ability so he probably outlasts Accelerator. With black wings, he no longer has his reflection so he dies round 3 not sure from what I can remember there are just fancy black wings.

That's only with vector shield and his durability is not equivalent to attack potency. He also fights like a dumbass

He doesn't have it with Black wings though and you can easily outlast him for 30 minutes
